“Right from the start Aunties Training Centre have been friendly and
welcoming, and this approach has continued throughout the duration of the course. Heidi has been an excellent tutor offering a relaxed but supportive role and her extensive knowledge and advice has put me at ease and helped me gained the necessary experience and confidence required.

The flexibility of the course has suited my work and family life balance and Heidi has provided excellent support throughout therefore I would recommend Aunties Training Centre to anyone who wishes to expand the childcare knowledge.”

“Throughout this course Heidi has taught me so much, she has been
so supportive and has encouraged me to jump out of my comfort
zone. She has helped me and given advice when I have struggled to complete my targets. I couldn’t have asked for a better mentor to guide me through this course! Thank you so much to The Aunties
Training Centre to help me receive my qualification!”

“We were very satisfied with the training provider. Heidi was
always great at communicating with us and Lauren. Appointments
were always flexible. Lauren got through her Level 4 with no
problem at all and Heidi was very supporting. We would
recommend The Aunties Training Centre.”

“We are extremely satisfied with our experience of working alongside Heidi. She has provided excellent guidance to our school, both through initial discussions when we were exploring the options for staff training and also throughout the period of study for our colleagues. Heidi has been very quick to respond to questions and has provided clear and specific feedback which has helped our staff develop and make effective progress with their studies.
Both staff team members have felt very well supported throughout. As a school, we have appreciated Heidi’s flexibility when scheduling meetings. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with and we would most definitely consider The Auntie’s Training Centre in the future.”

“I found this training centre amazing help. I was searching around
for a very long time to try to get it sorted and The Aunties sorted it
straight away. They have outstanding communication and keeping
you updated with everything. The support from Heidi Sharpe was
amazing, she helped and guided me through all my work and was
easily able to communicate with whenever needed. I am very
impressed how quickly and how effectively this course took and
how the aunties provided this.”

“I personally found the course very effective and supportive to my
professional growth and development. The course format was easy
to follow and understand whilst still focusing on the most
important parts needing to be assessed.
A huge thankyou to Jennie who made my course so much more
enjoyable and relaxed by always being attentive and encouraging in
all aspects personal, (in my case with my confidence) and course based, and Heidi who I could always contact if Jennie was on
annual leave.
I thoroughly enjoyed completing my Level 3 and would love to use
The Aunties (and Jennie) again in the future to better my skills and
knowledge.”

“As parents we needed somewhere that would allow our daughter to thrive and develop her confidence, after much searching we found the Aunties. From initial meeting to the final visit, we have been incredibly impressed with the quality and level of support our daughter has received.

Jennie really understood our daughter and went above and beyond to support as well as bringing the right sort of challenge. Expectations are high (as they should be) but at the end you know that the qualification gained is a quality one with lots of gained experience.

We highly recommend The Aunties Training Centre and if our daughter decides to do further qualifications this will be the first place we go to.”

“The training provided was great. The assessor was great with the
member of staff, always friendly and helpful and giving advise on
her work.
Dates were always planned in advance to come and see the
practitioner in the workplace.
Everything was explained well to the practitioner without any
confusion and the practitioner completed her work well, in a timely
manner.
We would continue to use this company.
Thank you for your help to qualify one of our staff at level 4.”

“The aunties Training Centre, in the person of Mrs Eels, was a very effective and efficient provider of Level 3 training for our student. Mrs Eels was very supportive of the student, whose health unfortunately interrupted her course and work experience with us on several occasions.

Mrs Eels was very patient in reminding the student of the study time and work which she needed to do. The student required a lot of support initially but we saw her grow in confidence and increase in ability to carry out the work of a Nursery Nurse during the duration of the course.

Mrs Eels was professional at all times and was diligent in arranging follow up visits, communication with our nursery School and both emails and phoned calls to check on the students progress.

We would have no hesitation in recommending The Aunties’ Training Centre and have, in fact, already encouraged another trainee to use their services.”

“I really enjoyed my time studying with Aunties Training. This provider centre is amazing. The tutor Heidi Sharpe was approachable and friendly and gave me the confidence and support to cover all the units at the right time. I am so happy that I hold at the moment a qualification which meets the Level 3 Early Years Educator, and I can work as a qualified member of staff in Early Years setting in England.  Thank you so much for the help. I will recommend it in the
future.”

“I decided over the covid 19 lockdown it would be good for me to start my NVQ, as because I was furloughed I had time. However because I am dyslexic I really felt this qualification was going to be impossible for me to achieve.
For the first few weeks I struggled because I found it hard to ask for help. Jen, as my tutor couldn’t have been more aware she coached me through helped me understand what was being asked in the questions. Suddenly after the first few weeks I was understanding and loving the course. Jennie worked out my learning style and we worked together as a real team. Jennie is compassionate, understanding and also someone who can infuse confidence in you. I cannot speak highly enough of the Aunties training team. If because you are an older student or have a particular learning style please don’t let that stop you taking qualifications with the Aunties. Enjoy your journey I did.”

“Having not studied for almost 9 years I was apprehensive working full time, being a parent, and studying – but I really didn’t need to be, Heidi made the process of enrolment really smooth and the time frames really are achievable. The course was explained in depth and I have loved every part of it. Love the differentiated assessment methods and the tutor support and feedback. Heidi has been brilliant and would highly recommend studying with The Aunties’ Training Centre. “

“I am very glad that I am getting my qualification through The Aunties’ Training Centre. Ahlexi and Jennie took the time and have been so patient in answering all of my questions when I was deciding whether or not this course was right for me. The enrolment process was quick and efficient. I had everything I needed right from the start – all the academic materials were organised for me and the course has been very easy to follow. My assessor Jennie has been incredibly helpful. She is dedicated to helping me achieve my goals to the highest quality. She gives clear and professional feedback and comments about my work. I cannot recommend The Aunties’ Training Centre highly enough!”

“This level 3 early years practitioner course has been a massive boost to my confidence.
The course work has run smoothly with my part time work, and my full time mum to 5 job.
The units were set out with lots of information and links for me to be able to research.
My knowledge has been widened, this has enabled me to move on confidently.
I’m already thinking to move on to the next stage of learning.”

“I would definitely recommend The Aunties Training Centre.

I completed my Level 3 Diploma … under the supervision of Heidi Sharpe…  I wanted to continue my Level 4: Advanced Practitioner in Schools and Colleges course.

Unlike an online course Heidi is very much a hands on tutor… there is a variety of ways to present coursework from written evidence, reflective accounts, observations even professional discussions.  When planning modules Heidi breaks down each area as required with examples to help you understand the outcome criteria. In addition, they also provide a PowerPoint presentation for each unit giving additional information and resources to assist with coursework. Planning targets are set taking into account your individual circumstances …

What I really like about Heidi is that she’s an actual person at the end of the phone as opposed to online chat. I cannot praise Heidi enough for her friendly approach, knowledge, support and flexibility. Thank you ????”

“As I got the opportunity to start a Level 3 at the Training Centre I can say it was really easy to start the process, first having few meetings with  Ahlexi and  Jennie to clarify how we were going to approach the training …they really made sure that I knew what I was sign-in for, and how we were going to implement it while working.  Jennie showed her knowledge of the requirements and supported me in the process of getting to know all the different aspects that were included in the different parts of the Level 3, she highlighted the importance of linking what I was learning to what we do at work, encouraging me to practice it at work… explaining what and why we do it in the written work … helping me put in practice the different activities needed to complete the Level 3… this was quite easy and … we could simply email/WhatsApp for updates, solve doubts and planning as required.

As soon as I was signed in I could just start off with the different targets that Jennie set up for me, and because I could decide my own rhythm. Jennie adapted the different plans as I was going along so I didn’t have too much or not enough … perfect for me, giving me the opportunity to do as much work as I wanted but also giving me a date in which I had to do it …We also had our little feedback at each meeting which allowed Jennie and me to know how we were feeling along the whole Level 3 …we got to know each other … during the activities and meetings and it was encouraging when we had the new plan and ticked off the little achievements on the way. Although I had most of the meetings with Jennie, I knew I could also talk to  Ahlexi if I had any doubts or questions as he showed himself always ready to help and learn with us, sharing with me his own experience, Heidi was also really supportive and encouraging during our meetings and was able to solve any doubts that I could have, showing her knowledge in this area and working alongside  Jennie and Ahlexi. I finished my Level 3 in a year because of the support and encouragement that I’ve been receiving from this whole team, it makes such a difference knowing that you have such a lovely team to push you up and help you always with a smile, taking most of the pressure off this training process.”
