Ahlexi Enjily
Company Director
Ahlexi graduated from the University of Liverpool with BA(Hons) degree in Communications and Business. Ahlexi has an extensive professional background in the Early Years. He oversees Training Centre operations as he simultaneously manages two family-owned early years’ settings (both consistently rated “Outstanding” in all areas by Ofsted for 33+ years) Ahlexi also has a passion for safeguarding, continuing to deliver training to settings and schools across the county as part of the Oxfordshire Children’s Safeguarding Board pool of trainers.
Jennie Eels
‘Joint Head of Training
Jennie is a qualified Assessor, Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) assessor and nursery nurse (N.N.E.B) and has worked in the childcare sector for over 30 years. As an experienced early years’ educator, Jennie has worked in pre-schools, nurseries, and schools, as well as with children who have additional needs.
As an Assessor and IQA, Jennie has supported learners to gain qualifications through Early Years, Key stages 1-4 and short courses.
Jennie works within the NCFE/CACHE regulations ensuring employers and learners have accessibility to the information they need.
She believes that every learner deserves the opportunity to learn through a qualification, and gain invaluable experience to help them develop their career.
Heidi Sharpe
Joint Head of Training
Heidi is NNEB trained and has worked in the childcare sector for over 30 years. As an early years’ professional, Heidi has worked in a professional capacity in a range of settings, including as a nanny as well as in day nurseries, pre-schools, primary schools, and training colleges. Since training as an Assessor and Internal Quality Assurer over 20 years ago Heidi has been committed to delivering high quality work-based learning that supports learners to achieve a range of qualifications from level 2 to level 5. Heidi works closely with the awarding organisation; NCFE CACHE, employers and learners to ensure training is accessible to all and that individual needs are met.
Laura Allen
Lead Assessor
Laura has over 20 years’ experience in the childcare sector, with qualifications in childcare, play work, assessing, and quality assurance. Her experience has been gained through time spent working in nurseries, preschools, after school clubs and training centres. Laura enjoys delivering training to suit her learners’ individual needs and learning styles and feels this is important to enable them to achieve their goals and to reach their full potential.
